Key Responsibilities:
Lead the evaluation, design, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to enhance product quality, efficiency, and robustness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions, process development, product and equipment transfers, and ongoing production sustainment.
Develop and approve technical documentation, including process validations and inspection methodologies, in coordination with Quality, Engineering, and Production Control teams.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Conduct risk analyses, lead root cause investigations, and implement corrective actions to mitigate production risks and resolve manufacturing issues.
Drive operational excellence through the application of LEAN tools, change control management, and process optimization initiatives.

Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; an engineering degree or equivalent hands-on manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
5-10 years of experience in methods engineering, machining, welding, or related manufacturing disciplines.
3-5 years in a manufacturing environment in an Engineering or CI role.
Proven ability to analyze and interpret contracts, technical specifications, and engineering drawings for both commercial and military products.
Strong understanding of core manufacturing processes, including machining, welding, fixturing, and assembly.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access).
Experience working in an OEM environment, with a focus on process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
Effective communicator with the ability to work closely with teams across production control, engineering, quality, purchasing, and external service providers.
